Running is a great way to lose weight fast. It melts off lots of calories and gets your body to burn fat, even after you retire for the day. Running builds up the heart, and lung capacity and can be done pretty much anywhere and any time.

However, the majority of beginners don’t know where to start and usually get it wrong.

The most common mistake is in beginning a running curriculum where they run too fast at the start. This will leave you gasping and spent within about 5 minutes. Then people usually think to themselves that anybody who enjoys running is nuts or likes punishment.

This is just not true. Once you find out how to run properly you will be able to run long distances with ease.
